Service Description

Join our camp, this Spring Break, Mar 21-25, for training focused to promote well-rounded conditioning shape. It will be fun but intense. Spaces are limited. The camp will also offer some tips for nutrition, recovery, and prehab to aid in optimal health when training. Monday - HIIT Workout, Endurance Conditioning Tuesday - Power, Explosiveness Wednesday - Strength Thursday - Speed Strength, Speed Endurance Friday - Agility, Endurance Training
